It was painted bright red.  After that, various details were added to give it that rusty look.  Then various washes were added for the dirt, grime, road tar, etc that finds its way onto your average aged beater.   A final rust wash was added to round out the look followed by coat of flat clear coat.  New "old" wheels were added to give it the missing hubcaps look. The final detail is the aged Schwinn bicycle on the rear.  The trunk was left barely closed for the aged look.  You gotta see this one. It looks strangely like the neglected car down the street across from the vacant lot in every average neighborhood.  The only thing it is missing is trash on the dash and cans on the floor.  Enjoy!
