Las Vegas Die-Cast SuperConvention - Feb 2009

Here are a few pics of the Las Vegas Diecast Superconvention. It was held Feb 19-22 2009

I was one of the inductees to the Die-Cast Hall of Fame for the class of 2009. This is the first year for this, and it was an honor to be inducted among so many great Die-cast historians, designers, and automotive legends. The show was also the first year for this and it went off great. Check out the pics and read the captions to see how things went and what was going on.

After we flew in on Thursday night, we went straight over to the Shelby Cafe at the Shelby Automotive Factory. I was co-hosting a party with Shelby president Amy Boylan. There were some great party favors and awesome friends there.

Fri night was the Die-Cast Hall of Fame event. After the induction ceremony (I didn't get pics of that) We posed for a few pics with our plaques and got sized for the rings. We singed some posters and various things.
