"Aztec Gold" '59 Impala

Lowrider style is not the style I usually build.  So for that reason, I thought I would build a few of them for fun.  I painted this with HoK Pagen Gold over Orion Silver, with some orange faded in.  I used some Met. Silver striped decals to set the look a little off.  throw in some interior detailing and wire wheels and I thought it looked about right.  I entered it at the 2005 Pomona Hotwheels Custom Car show and won 2nd place in the Repaint Class.  Not too shabby.
